Based on large-scale CNC horizontal lathe made by our company, integrating many years of manufacturing experience on large-scale CNC horizontal lathe, mature product structure with advanced technology, referring to INNSE company about CNC machine used for long axis-shaped work piece, we develop CNC mandrel lathe of CKW61100S/22m (machine for machining super-long special seamless steel pipe). It mainly includes bed, movable headstock, feed system, CNC tool post, movable split center rest, hydraulic follow rest, flexible auxiliary support device, hydraulic system, cooling system, integral lubrication system, abrasive-belt grinding device, chip-collecting device, and CNC system for double tool posts.
Compared with foreign products with same specifications, it features of powerful power, high accuracy, efficient efficiency, strong rigidity, large torque, advanced automatic level, and simplified machining technology. It is special noted that in case of same power of main motor, its output torque is tremendous larger than other products with same specifications, and wider spindle speed range Rn. These advantages mainly benefit from unique design of main drive system, which not only avoids unreasonable increase of motor power, but also ensures strong power and large torque output, and indispensable forced cutting.
