The main structural features

1. Main base parts such as pedestal,slide,workbench,column and spindle box are made of HT300 cast iron,the base and slide are all box-type structure,and the compact and reasonable symmetric rib structure ensures the high rigidity and bending reduction of the base part.Seismic performance.A-type bridge structures and internal grid-like ribs ensure the rigidity and precision of Z-axis powerful cutting,the basic parts are made of resin sand and treated with aging to provide stability for the long-term use performance of the machine tool protection.
2. The X,Y,and Z-direction guideways are widened rectangular slide guides,and are medium-frequency quenched and precision ground.The slide guide faces are coated with composite PTFE material and are precisely scratched to match the automatic forced lubrication to reduce the frictional resistance of the feed motion.Reduce low-speed crawling and improve machine tool life

6. X,Y,Z three-way rails,screws are fully enclosed protection device to ensure that the screw and guide rail clean,ensure the machine's transmission and movement accuracy and life.
7. The external protection of the machine tool adopts a full protective structure design,which is easy operate,safe and reliable.There is adopted oil-water separation device for better cutting liquid usage.
8. A reliable centralized automatic lubrication device is used to automatically and intermittently lubricate the lubrication points of the machine tool at regular and quantitative intervals,and the lubrication time can be adjusted according to the working conditions.
9. Adopting 16 bucket magazines(standard) or 24 disc magazines produced by professional manufacturers in Taiwan,the tool change is accurate,the time is short,the efficiency is high,and the realiability test is required after millions of running tests,the magazine movement is accompanied by damping structure.can reduce the impact of movement,ensure the life of the magazine,pneumatic drive,easy to use,the shortest path to change the knife.
