Main characteristics and functions of machine

 

This machine is applicable for turning the wheel flange and tread, inside surface and brake disc of single wheelset which the track gauge is 1435mm on railway vehicle. The machine main drive adopts separate drive, the left and right faceplates will simultaneously drive wheelset. There are two sets of jack catches with hydraulic drive on each faceplate clamping wheelset which have reliable clamping effect.The measuring system,automatic systm,chip breaking and conveying system and totally enclosed protective device shall be equipped on the machine.The full-scale measurement of wheelset can be realized by the measuring system.

The imported special cutters for railway wheelset will be equipped on machine which has the characteristics of good chip breaking,high durability and high cost performance.

The numerical control system adopts SIEMENS 828D, other CNC systems can also be selected according to user requirements. The machine has simple structure,perfect function,stable performance and easy operation.
