The SGC3120J6 series are high-speed CNC gear hobbing machine embody the concept of compact structure, high efficiency, and stable accuracy.

Symmetric design. Hot chips are quickly evacuated from the middle of the bed by a chip conveyor. The symmetric oil-circulation loop ensures stable thermal distribution.

Robust structure with integral components satisfies the needs of high-speed and high-efficient cutting.

Powerful input of lubrication oil and compressed air enhance productive capability of cutting system machine, tool, fixture, and works.

Reasonable arrangement of hydraulic pipelines and electrical cables fully assure the durability of the control system.

The counter-balance cylinder on the column is coaxial with the ballscrew,thus making it possible for the hob head slide to move up and down in better balance.

This model are designed for cutting cylindrical gears,helical gears,short spline shafts,sprockets and wormwheels.This model are also capable of cutting various little tapered teeth gears,crowned
teeth gears and gears with special tooth profiles.

Various optional attachments for different functions create an adequate space for users to choose the most suitable ones.

The major guideway pair is composed of wide rectangular guideways and Teflon-coated slideways.The ballscrews are rigid in transmission,great in actuating capacity and high in liear movement accurancy.
