Hydraulic Folding Machine

YZB hydraulic folding machines from HP have an increased rigidity design and offer a range of great features for maximum bending flexibility. When bending wide material the accuracy of the bend is key and the YZB hydraulic folders from HP maintains its precision right across the width of the bend. With the complexity of the G panel, stable quality and accuracy is vital to ensure the smooth connection of each panel. The folding beam is driven by hydraulic driven gears and rack for better control and higher bend accuracy compared to the normal hydraulic drive systems. The YZB machines offer adjusting of the hydraulic pressure to match the material thickness-so damages of the material surface always are avoided.
