Machine features:

Z3563 universal rotary radial drilling machine is applicable for hole drilling, hole expansion, hole reaming, plane reaming and tapping on big-sized parts. Headstock can rotate, incline and move. Cutters can be processed in various directions. In light of the processing requirements, machine tools can be slung freely near or to the parts. This type of drilling machine is universally applicable in such machine manufacturing industries as heavy machines, engine vehicle, watercraft and boiler.

Spindle transmission applies preselection transmission mechanism so that assisting time could be saved.

Movement of every part is of point-moving performance and can be inching regulated.

Sleeve and in/out column adopt diamond block clamping mechanism driven by hydraulics and be clamping and reliable.

It is equipped with hung button station and convenient to operate.

It is quenched on the surface of upper guide of cross arm, spindle sleeve and in/out raceway.

There are perfect safety-protection devices, outside column protection and automatic lubricating devices.
