The spindle and vertical and horizontal of this lathe adopt domectic or imported servo motor, whole lathe bed ways with high strength cast iron supersonic frequency quenching precision grinding, bed saggle guide pasting model and small friction coefficient.
The milling head speed by mechanical two gears frequency control, can be processed thread pitch and groove depth of cylinder etc., various complex screw can be processed.
Roughess implemented to Ra3.2, tolerance of screw guide process should be 0.06mm/300mm.
