Product Description

FEATURES:

With the superposition of servo motor Precision characterisitics and internal gear pump Precision characterisitics, and through high sensitivity of pressure feedback device closed-loop, the comparison of injection repeatability can be 3%. Compared to conventional hydraulic machine, servo machine shows greater stability of injection, increasing the forming percent of pass a lot.

Due to the high response servo motor with internal gear pump power system, it is only 0.05S to reach the maximum injection output. Compared to conventional hydraulic injection molding machine, the respond speed become faster, effectly shorten the cycle time and improve the production rate.
