FEATURES:

The model is a CNC hobbing machine with 4 axes working under CNC control. The 4 controlled axes are respectively radial feed of column (X-axis), axial feed of hob head(Z-axis). Worktable rotation(C-axis)and rotation of hob spindle(B-axis). All the exchange gears used on old-generation machines are now replaced by the electronic gearbox of the CNC system...

High speed and high production efficiency: Max. Hob rotation speed is 600rpm. And the worktable can perform a rotation speed up to 50rmp.
High working accuracy: The simplified structure has minimized the error caused by the transmission chain.
Nice thermal balance of the machine body: A stable cutting accuracy can be guaranteed(CP≥ 1.33) Easy setting-up and operation: The machine is provided with a quick tool-changing mechanism.

An ample pressure force up to 2000kg can be give by the tailstock center: This facilitates the machine to use various advance fixtures of simple structure.

Biasead counter column: This design leaves more space for the machine operator.
